Hey everyone!

Are you ready to be a part of Racer Band?! More importantly.....Are you ready to be part of the most epic, most fun, most energetic, rockin', high intensity, screamin' Racer Band Trumpet Section?!? If yes than be prepared for glory as you take on the responsibility of being the Biggest and Best Section of the Racer Band! We are looking forward to a great season. The work put in during band camp and rehearsals pays off with rewarding performances at Festival of Champions and our high school tours. Please print a copy of the music and be practicing. Part auditions will be held during the first day of band camp. Also, we will be making section shirts during band camp. In order to have them in time to wear at Festival of Champions we must order them early. They are normally between $10-15. Check back regularly for updates, and we can’t wait to see all of the returning members and meet the new ones.

Hey guys! My name is Brandon McKinley! I am a 2008 graduate of Hopkinsville High School in Hopkinsville, KY. I am a music education major and this is my 5th year of being apart of the racerband! This activity is the most fun you will have around campus and we veterans CANNOT wait to meet the rookies! Lets have another awesome year in RACERBAND!!!

Hey guys!! My name is Aaron Lay. I am a 2010 graduate of Benton High School from Benton, IL. I am a junior Music Education major and this is my 3rd year being in Racer Band. Some of my hobbies are playing music, hanging out with friends and watching sports. If you are a sports fan, you and I will get along great. Even if you are not a sports fan we will get along. I am a very laid back kind of guy and I am interested in a lot of other things too, so feel free to just talk to me about anything. For the returning veterans, lets have another awesome year! For the rookies, I am very excited and I look forward to meeting you all and I hope you all are ready for the experience of a lifetime! Hey everyone! My name is Andrew Clark and this is my second year of RACERBAND! I was a 2011 graduate of Daviess County High School and a Madison Scout from 09-11. I'm super excited for another awesome year and grand nationals in November is going to be a load of fun. Personally, I'm a very relaxed person who likes to have as much fun as anyone. I can't wait to meet all of you guys in August!
