2:45    Battery Percussion Arrives at Storage Building

3:00      Small Pep Rally--Battery Percussion only

3:20      Lunch Provided--Battery Percussion only

TBA    Ice down drinks (officers)-- Officers only

4:00     Move cones to block off stairs 3 cones
            Move 2 cones to block off north stairs open rows
            Move DM ladders
            Put out stand music and Cards

4:00     Uniform Room Opens for T-shirt, Uniform, and shoes problems
             Section Leaders Organize Fruit/Water/
             Each Section needs to bring extra water for pre-game/1st half
             Bring stands and music to warm-up areas


4:30     All Members report--Dressed in uniform
            (keep your jacket Off)
             Battery Reports-Set up drum stands in stands
            Drop off cases in stands

4:35 Exit Stadium--head to South to warm-up areas
        (South Gate area—Do not Block the sidewalk)

4:45
             Sectional Warm-up and Memorization session
              Review Pre-game + Halftime--review visuals
             Take it easy on chops

5:05 section pictures--blast on social media
            Bring stands and music to storage building 

5:10   Full Band Tuning 
                Have a tuner at each sectional

5:15    Line up @ South Gate--ON STREET
            Line up   Brass (in 6’s) in front      
            Percussion in middle    
            WW’s  
            Guard   
     
5:15  Parade--Don’t Talk
          Parade along Wall  
         We will play 2001/KY Home/Fight Song  

5:30   30 minutes Prior to Game 
        Band Marches in North Gate
        Pit moves instruments to 50yd line track

5:35    25 minutes Prior to Game
        EVERYONE ON TRACK-Ready to go
        Guard enter field from Back Sideline    
        Remind members not to block lockers rooms

5:40  Pre-game
    Stay back on track until given the signal--HELP THE PIT!!!
