    Place Battery Percussion in Band  Room  (TRUMPETS OPEN THE ROOM)
    Place Sousaphones in Choir Room
    Section Leaders Take music tubs with you—bring Monday


    Pit instruments in UHAUL truck
        USE the Large Blue Cart to haul things in not on wheel
Circle Back to arts with the haul if we  aren’t down moving the remainder of stuff in small trucks


    Small Trucks—two or three loads
        Enter through South Gate of stadium
        Small Trucks May enter the stadium—DO NOT DRIVE ON TRACK
        USE the Large Blue Cart to haul things in
            Picnic supplies, Grills and Miscellaneous STUFF in Back of Trucks
            Music Stand Racks
