Racer band members get their shirt free--this link is for parent and fans to order a RB shirt

Racer Band Camp Registration --We won't have any 2019 RB shirts to pass out at band camp registration--even thought the ordering module says we will. We must get all the students fitted first --then start to sell left over shirts.

Shirt pick up is available 
     August 18  Racer band Concert 5-6:30pm (Limited Availability--what is leftover )
     Sept 28  Festival of Champions
     Sept 21 Family Weekend
​     We can give to your Racer Band Member


We have 350 shirts--We have 250 members(approx)
After registration will place another order of shirts--they will be available about August 29th
We don’t ship shirts


We will have 2018 Gold shirts will be available at Band Camp Registration
                           We have a pretty good stock of 2018 Shirts left due to FOC being rained out

Family Racer Band Camp Concert Sunday, Aug. 18th at 7pm

Picnic starts at 5pm. All families are RB invited. Menu is Hot Dogs, Chips, Fruit, and Cookies. We will need parent help with cooking and serving--look for details later!

The concert is on the steps of Lovett. We’ll be performing music from our 2019 shows. Bring lawn chairs, blankets, etc.
This is always a fun event!

Family Weekend 2019 (September 21)

The registration fee is $35 per family.
Other activities, as noted on the schedule, have a fee and some of these can be paid online through this registration site. Many activities are free, as noted on the schedule.  The $35 registration fee includes lunch, four adult football game tickets (Kids through College and Racer Students get in free to the game), access to various on-campus events including the keynote speaker, Alison Malmon from Active Minds, and a souvenir bag.

FALL FANFARE CONCERT
On the last page  of family weekend registration you will see an option for the Fall Fanfare Concert 
        2:00 – 3:00 pm     Fall Fanfare Concert 
        Location: Lovett Auditorium
        $10 per adult
        $5 per child (12 and under) 
Payment options: 
        Pay online or at the door the day of event
        The Racer Band plays at the end—a hype
            FYI-The Color Guard does not preform at the concert due to space
            FYI-Many pit members also not perform at this event

Racer Band Tailgate
On the last page  of family weekend registration you will see an option for the Racer Band Tailgate.
    It takes place at the Southgate area of the stadium in near the scoreboard,
    The Racer Band tailgate is only for Racer Band families and friends.
    The fee is $10 for the entire family/friends attending family weekend (what a deal…!)
    The tailgate starts at 3:30pm-We stop serving around 4:30
    You may pay at the event (cash) or online when you register 

We need about 12 Parent helpers to help grill/wrap/serve starting @ 1:30 at the tailgate
        Look for details to be posted early this week—we will have an online sign up

Festival of Champions:
FOC is all-day Saturday, September 28th at Stewart Stadium with special appearances by the Racer Band! Every member also works at FOC – do not plan anything on this day. This Festival is almost entirely student operated. More info will be available as we get closer. Festival of Champions has been telecast on PBS in the past – we will see if they do it again!  Tickets available at the door.
